- Sunset View Cottage is an exclusive, romantic couple’s getaway, with stunning panoramic views of the Southern Drakensberg and farm land.
The cottage is a fully equipped upmarket separate unit with one bedroom, open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen with stacking doors and wood burning fireplace. Plus an enclosed veranda with a built in braai and tv with the full DSTV package. The kitchen is very equipped with everything you need to make cooking a home from home. There is a gas stove, airfryer , halogen oven, microwave , dishwasher to name a few of the many items.
Outside in the private garden is a stone firepit where you can sit and relax and watch spectacular sunsets over the mountains, plus an outside braai for the stunning evenings under the dense stars.
The cottage is fully insulated and has double glazed windows for our cold winters. We have solar so there will be no interruptions to your holiday.
Situated close to all amenities but in a quiet rural setting just out of town.
There is access to the Umzimkulu River and weir at the back of the property (about 15 minutes walk down hill).
